The Energy Forum (Sarajevo Energy Forum) 2024 was held in Sarajevo on January 30-31, 2024, representing one of the most significant energy gatherings in our region. The forum brought together over 30 panelists, including representatives from ministries, Elektroprijenos, NOS, the banking sector, and the investor sector.

We are proud to highlight that our lawyer, Tomislav Tomas, was one of the panelists at the Energy Forum in Sarajevo, where he presented all aspects of investing in renewable energy sources. His presentation covered topics ranging from investment protection, tax incentives, establishment of a business entity, to permit presentations, with a focus on the crucial stages of project development.

Participants at the conference gained a clear insight into the legal regulations regarding the development and construction of renewable energy projects.
