On Friday, November 11th 2022, at the Faculty of Law, University of Tuzla, a guest lecture was held by the law firm IBRAHIMOVIĆ & CO on the topic “Economy and Law in Bosnia and Herzegovina”. The lecture was held by lawyer and business development partner, Tijana Krivokapić, and legal associate Leila Salijević.

As part of the “Commercial Law” class, the employees of the Law firm showed the fourth year students the opportunities for career development offered by the commercial law practice, with special reference to the specifics of doing business in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The lecture presented a large number of interesting and characteristic cases from court practice, which the lecturers, for a better understanding of the basic institutes, brought closer to the students. Students had the opportunity to ask the lecturers questions and to discuss the mentioned topic, as well as to familiarize themselves with the basic legal forms.
